ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.782 of 2021 fromt he 2nd respondent to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has registered a case, in Crime No.782 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nladu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002, on 27.06.2021, no action taken till date. He would further submit that the petitioner sustained serious injuries and only on the prompt medical treatment , he is surviving. Despite the offence of serious nature has been made, the respondent police has registered a case for bailable offence.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation along with the medical reports to the respondent police . Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and if on materials, offence of serious nature is found, the same to be included.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
