Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the official respondents particularly 2 to 5 to release grant-in-aid and to pay the monthly salary regularly to the petitioner from 01.04.2013, as per his appointment order dated 01.04.2013, fixing his pay at Rs.6,100/- per month or monthly salary as applicable to the grade with all benefits. The relief sought for in this writ petition, is to direct the respondents to release grant-in-aid and to pay the monthly salary regularly to the petitioner from 01.04.2013, as per his appointment order dated 01.04.2013.
2. The writ petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking for approval of his appointment, in view of the fact that the writ petitioner is enable to get his salary as applicable to the Government order in force.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the Government issued a common order in G.O.Ms.No.64, School Education Department dated 03.04.2018, for grant of approval, in respect of the NonTeaching staff appointed in Aided School.
4. In view of the common order passed by the Government, the case of the writ petitioner also to be considered. It is further informed that the appointment of the writ petitioner has already been approved. Therefore, there is no further adjudication needs to be undertaken, in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
