This miscellaneous petition has been filed to recall the order dated 21.06.2021 in CRP.NPD.No.3266 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 21.06.2021, dismissed the civil revision petition for the reason that the petition is pending for the past three years without even ordering notice for admission. Therefore, he requested that the said order may be recalled and order may be passed on merits.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the order passed by this Court in CRP.NPD.No.3266 of 2018 dated 21.06.2021 is hereby recalled and the Registry is directed to post the civil revision petition for hearing on 20.03.2023.
