GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'original impugned notice dated 12.04.2024 issued by the fourth respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned order was not served on the writ petitioners and therefore, the petitioners are not able to file the same. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of paragraph 10 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'10. The present writ petition is filed with the copy served by the Ward Member. The petitioner has not received the impugned notice.....'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
