(Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.,) Heard Mr. S. Ganesan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. T. N. Rajagopalan, the learned Government Pleader (i/c) appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider his complaint/representation, dated 18.10.2017, against the fourth respondent.

Admittedly, the festival season is over, and the petitioner is canvassing similar issue in other Petitions as well. The respondents have denied any violation of the earlier orders. Therefore, we are of the view that the matter need not be kept pending any longer. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek for appropriate remedy, if there is any violation in future. No costs.
