ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2020 & 02.04.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.10.2020 and 02.04.2024 for the duly signed Mortgage Discharge deed pertaining to the Mortgage deed No.3236 of 1974 on its account, to the 2nd respondent for registration vide representation dated 14.10.2020 and 02.04.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and also perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2024 on its own merits and dispose

of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
