O R D E R
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Junior Assistant and according to him, he has rendered unblemished service to the satisfaction of his superior officers and he has also cleared all the requisite examinations and he is fit for consideration for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that six of his juniors were promoted and posted as Deputy Tahsildars and though he has rendered unblemished service, his claim for the post of Deputy Tahsildar has been overlooked. In this regard, he submitted a representation dated 31.07.2015 to the respondent and since no orders came to be passed, he has come forward to file this writ petition.
