ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation on 05.06.2015 to the respondents stating that he has objection to dig the sewage channel through his land situated in S.F.No.28/1 of Nallur Village, Tirupur Taluk. On receipt of the said representation, the first respondent in and by the proceedings in O.Mu.8740/2015/Aa3 dated 17.07.2015, directed the second respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, a direction is issued to the second respondent to comply with the direction of the first respondent as mentioned in the proceedings dated 17.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by marking a copy of such compliance to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
