ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to measure the petitioner's land situated in S.No.34/2, 34/3, 34/4 and 34/5, Narasingapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, to an extent of 853⁄4 cents by way of disposing the petitioner's application dated 12.08.2016 within a stipulated time.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.08.2016 before the second respondent, seeking to survey, sub-divide and issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been considered favourably.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 14.10.2022 RAP 2/4
