ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenue namely, C.Umapathi, who is mentally deranged person. He was admitted with the respondent No.4 and from the custody of the respondent No.4, the detenue has escaped. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint. The status report filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Perur Sub Division, Coimbatore District, would go to show that sufficient steps have been taken till now to secure and to find out the detenue.

2. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. However, the respondent No.3 shall continue to make all endeavor to secure the detenue. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS VI ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar Jrl To
