The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a proposal for detaining the petitioner under the Goondas Act has been made. However, order is yet to be passed in the regard.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
