This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the case records in Crime No.148 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same..

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.148 of 2015 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Tiruvallur. Since the Apex Court has granted stay of all proceedings before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Cell, there is no progress in the case.
