2. Heard Mr.Y.Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 .

3. Being satisfied with the reasons filed in support of this petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered for the present.
