O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation dated 03.05.2019 to the 1st respondent.

2. It is a case of the petitioner that there was a dispute regarding the voters list and the dispute was handled by the Arbitration Board, wherein the respondents 3 and 4 are the members. It is stated that since they had finalized the voters list and examined the disputes raised, it would not be fair on their part to contest the election. However, they have expressed intention to contest the election. Consequently, the petitioner had given a representation.

3. The 1st respondent is requested to take efforts to pass appropriate orders in the said representation dated 03.05.2019 on or before 24.05.2019.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
