Heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Krishnakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner Association's representation dated 13/7/2015 and to take necessary action to provide the lighting and water facility to the park by installing bore well in the park.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the representation has been considered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an order has been passed on 29/3/2015 and a copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. No costs.
