This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m. Until further orders while granting suspension of sentence by order dated 31.03.2022 in Crl.M.P. No. 3763 of 2022 in the above criminal appeal.

The aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court, ie., Principal Sessions Court, Salem, once in a month, for a period of five months.
