(CR.NO.128 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Anticipatory bail in Condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.11783/2022 by the order dated 19.05.2022 that the directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30am for 4 weeks and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.MOHANA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11783 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
