ORDER

Alleging that the patta standing in her name in Patta No.644 bearing Survey No.57/12 measuring about 0.41.5 ares situated at Parangiyam Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, is sought to be changed without affording an opportunity to her, the petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2015. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation with the first respondent, it is hereby directed that in the event of any action being taken to cancel the patta standing in the name of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, she should be heard before passing appropriate orders either by the first respondent or second respondent as the case may be, provided no such order has already been passed. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
