(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, undoubtedly, did not clear the physical endurance tests in the 100 meters running within the stipulated time. The petitioner believes she did so and states that she has been a runner. The certificates enclosed with the petition are school certificates for participation in the annual sport events of the school in the running race event.

2.The aforesaid certificate, itself, cannot be the basis for reconsideration. It is not as if the petitioner has been runner at the state level or above. There is no malafide attributes against anybody. If each person who fails the tests seeks to suspect it verily by her own belief, that cannot be a ground to reopen the issue. 3.We do not find sufficient cause to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
