ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a prayer directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary steps for medically terminating the pregnancy of the petitioner's daughter to secure the ends of justice.

2. Ms.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.05.2023, the consent of the mother was taken and the pregnancy of the minor has been terminated on 05.05.2023. As criminal case has been registered in Crime No.138 of 2023, the products of the medical termination has been preserved for the purpose of further investigation in the said crime number.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.05.2023 Rst/kan To:
