This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6032 of 2021.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide No.8589/ES.3/2021, dated 27.10.2021 passed by the 2nd Respondent herein and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.
In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings of the 2nd Respondent, it is Page No.2 of 3
