(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to produce the petitioner's minor son, namely, Maxmillan Cyrus Janier, aged about 6 years, before this Court and restore him.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for production of minor child of the petitioner from the custody of his wife and in-laws. The petition itself indicates that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
minor child is residing with her mother and it appears that there is no illegal custody.
4. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
