O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.605 of 2024 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4147 of 2025 on 25.02.2025 subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions is that "the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,56,774/- to the credit of Crime No.605 of 2024 within a period of four weeks". Further, the petitioner shall execute sureties within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.The petitioner had executed sureties on 20.03.2025 and partly complied with the orders of this Court. However, the petitioner was unable to mobilize an amount of Rs.1,56,774/- immediately and later when the petitioner was ready with the amount, she filed a memo before the trial Court praying to receive the amount of Rs.1,56,774/-. The trial Court had returned the memo on 09.04.

2025 stating that it is beyond the four weeks time grated by the Court. Hence the petitioner now seeks extension of time and for the reasons given and now the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount. 3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.
