ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 11.06.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.

Heard Mr.G. Munuraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the patta that already stands in the name of the petitioner's father and mother in Patta No.488 and 576, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the on-line application dated 11.06.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the patta relied upon by the petitioner and demarcate the boundaries. This process shall be completed by the 2 nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If

there are any rival claimants, the survey shall be conducted in their presence. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
