We have perused the evidences of PW1 and PW2. PW1 was holding the post of Sub Inspector of Police during the relevant point of time when the occurrence took place. We have perused other evidence available on record and found that there is no reason to consider the present petition for suspension of sentence.

2.Therefore, we are not inclined to consider the petitions. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. Post the Appeals next week.
