ORDER

The petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 16.02.2021, which was forwarded to the second respondent in RC.No.C1(3)/ 137/002285/2021. Though enquiry was conducted no First Information Report has been registered and investigation alone conducted, hence, the above petition.

2.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted thereafter, the same was closed by the second respondent on 21.06.2021. The enquiry was detailed one and the report has also reflected the same. The said report also produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the complaint is being closed and the original closure report also shown before this Court, the second respondent/police is directed to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to workout his remedy as per law.

4.With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
