The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 of IPC r/w. Sec.3(1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities Act) 1989 seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Act), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.*178 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Act), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Act), Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. 4.

The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
