ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 and the Tahsildar, Nungambakkam, Chennai, as early as 12.10.2013 stating that the respondents 4 and 5 are trying to get patta for the property belonging to his grandfather despite the fact that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is having a share in that. As the said representation is not disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.It is seen that the representation was given as early as 12.10.2013 to the Tahsildar, Nungambakkam, Chennai. Now, by virtue of jurisdiction, it comes to the third respondent. Thus the writ petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the third respondent in this regard. As and when such representation is received, the third respondent will look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
