O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.22234 of 2024 in Crime No.305 of 2023 dated 17.04.2025 by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in clauses 1 and 2 of the order dated 17.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22234 of 2024 in Crime No.305 of 2023. Accordingly, the condition No.1 shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Condition No.2 imposed in the said order dated 17.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22234 of 2024 in Crime

No.305 of 2023 shall stand deleted.

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 17.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22234 of 2024 in Crime No.305 of 2023 shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, this Petition stands modified to the above extent. .
