ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to proceed with the investigation and complete the same and file a final report in Crime No.03/AC/2022, dated 19.01.2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 3rd respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.03/AC/2022 on 19.01.2022, no final report is filed till date. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation is in progress and the final report will be filed as soon as possible. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 5.Since the matter pertains to the Vigilance and Anti Corruption, no time limit can be fixed by this Court for completion of investigation. In such view of the matter, the 3rd respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
