PRAYER:-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the second respondent to cause production of petitioner's daughter Poongodi aged about 19 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to cause production of petitioner's daughter Poongodi aged about 19 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty.
2. The detenue produced by the second respondent. She had attained majority and she is now aged about 19 years. According https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to her, she left her parents home on her own and is not interested to go back to her parents.
3. Since the detenue is a major, we cannot force her to go to her parents house.
