Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for direction, directing the second respondent to to register a case on the basis of his complaint dated 14.11.2014.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the second respondent has received the complaint on 14.11.2014 and C.S.R.No.279 of 2014 has been given, neither they conducted an enquiry nor registered a case. Hence, he pray for the relief as stated above.

4.Resisting the same, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit C.S.R. Number has been given and enquiry is going on.
5.Considering the submissions made on both side and on perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that it is a fit case to give direction. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.279 of 2014 and to conduct an enquiry and register a case, if cognizable offence is made out, as expeditiously as possible.
6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
