JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that this Court passed an order on 25.03.2022, to effect paper publication for service of notice on the respondent. A letter dated 31.03.2022 was also sent to the appellants and till date there is absolutely no response from the appellants. The learned counsel submitted that he is not in a position to take any steps to effect publication, since the appellants have not responded to the letter.
