ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application has been filed to implead RFT Aviation Academy LLP as second respondent in the writ appeal.

2. Considering the fact that the proposed respondent being the successful bidder and also satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed. RFT Aviation Academy LLP is ordered to be impleaded as second respondent in the writ appeal.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause-title.
