This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking examination of a representation dated 16.03.2016 with respect to the passport of the present petitioner herein, which had been impounded at that particular point of time. Giving liberty to the petitioner herein to file afresh for a passport, the present petition need not be kept pending and therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
