ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the obstructions alleged infront of the respondent's property removed and seek for police protection. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submits that the obstructions not yet removed and give an undertaking that once the obstructions are removed, necessary police protection will be given to the petitioner to put up the fencing.
2. Recording the same Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
