This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on the complaint dated 07.12.2017, pending in CSR.No.757 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.757 of 2017, by calling both the parties and ensure that no law and order problem ensues. With the above direction, this petition is ordered, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
