Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to receive the SD Card containing the photographs of TVS Flame Engine along with the section 65-B Certificate and the photographs of TVS Flame Engine along with the Section 65-B Certificate listed in the Schedule hereunder, on record and to allow the Applicant/Plaintiff to mark the same during the chief examination of PW3.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application is filed by the applicant seeking permission to receive the SD Card containing the photographs of TVS Flame Engine along with Section 65-B Certificate and the photographs of TVS Flame Engine along

with Section 65-B Certificate listed in the schedule on record and to allow him to mark the same during the chief examination of PW3.

2. Heard Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Arun C.Mohan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has expressed no objection to the present prayer. As such, this application is allowed and the respondent permitted to make his objections, if any at the time of Trial.
