This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 14.10.2015 against the persons named in the complaint.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Govindaraj and BFM Rajendran. The said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 14.10.2015 an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 23.10.2015 stating that no prima face case has been made out for investigation. A notice has also been served on the petitioner in that regard.

5. Since, the complaint given by the petitioner was already closed, based on the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is dismissed. vsi Sd/- Assistant Registrar (Judicial) /TRUE COPY/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai 600 007.
