Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents not to registration of the schedule mentioned property by the third respondent in the office of the first respondent based on the invalid Non Traceable Certificate vide C and O Sheet No.356/17 dated 22.12.2017 and C.No.297/missing B4PS/2017, dated 24.12.2017 issued by the B 4 Police Station.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents not to registration of the schedule mentioned property by the third respondent in the office of the first respondent based on the invalid Non Traceable Certificate vide C and O Sheet No.356/17 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 22.12.2017 and C.No.297/missing B4PS/2017, dated 24.12.2017 issued by the B 4 Police Station.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
