Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the Petitioner/ Accused to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengelpet, execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- and also produce one surety for a like sum.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VENKATESH MAHADEVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.04.2021 this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
