Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to vacate the interim injunction granted in A.No.477 of 2017 dated 23.06.2017 in C.S.No.343/2017. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- The pleadings are completed in this suit and issues have to be framed. 2.This suit is laid for defamation, and the Court has granted an order of interim injunction against the defendant, restraining the defendant from making any slander statement against the plaintiff.
3.The defendant has now filed this application for vacating the order of injunction.
4.This Court has granted injunction when the prima facie satisfies and that the plaintiff's right to reputation is offended by certain statements of the defendant. Nobody in this country has right to defame another, the way the things are. So far as
the suit for defamation is pending and to maintain the status quo in order to facilitate that the trial of the case moves without any hiccups. Therefore this court does not find any reason to interfere with the earlier order of the injunction passed. 5.This application is dismissed accordingly.
