O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to submit the final report with reference to the pending Crime No.329 of 2015 registered on 24.4.2015 within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Vasuki. Based on the said complaint, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.329 of 2015 for the offence under section 420 IPC. Though the complaint was registered, there is no progress in the investigation of the case till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to expedite investigation in the case in Crime No.329 of 2015 and complete the same and file a final report as early as possible.

The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
