Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1697/Aa3/2018, dated 30.04.2018 with respect to the restoration of Document No.6814 of 2010 (Registered in the office of 3rd respondent) if any of official document maintained by the respondents and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and violative of the principles of natural justice.

COMMON ORDER When the matters are taken up for consideration, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1697/Aa3/2018, dated 23.10.2018, impugned order of the second respondent dated 30.04.2018 came to be cancelled and he has also produced the proceedings dated 23.10.2018 before this Court.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents as well as the proceedings dated 23.10.2018, these writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps. are also closed. No costs.
