This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate the case and file the final report in Crime No.1013 of 2017, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1013 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
