O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2024 to conduct proper enquiry and to take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 13.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents/R4 to R13 is dispensed with.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2024 had already been disposed of on 07.03.2024 advising the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to get appropriate judicial remedy.

5. In view of the above, no order is required to be passed by this Court. Hence, the Writ Petition closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
