the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. A4/704/2019 dated 10.07.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
