It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the Head Master has been summoned to appear before the Court below on 03.11.2020 for tendering evidence. In such view of the matter, it is open to the petitioner to cross examine the witness in accordance with law. The position being above, I do not find any valid ground to entertain the transfer petition laid by the petitioner. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
