ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 5th respondent to prevent the unlawful construction of toilet and other buildings in respect of land in Survey No.274/12 extent 1.13 1⁄2 acre at Thandalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet district.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned land comprised in Survey No.274/12 to an extent of 1.13 1⁄2 acre at Thandalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet district along with other lands. While being so, the 5th and 6th respondents had proceeded with the construction of public toilet and other buildings in

the land owned by the petitioner comprised in Survey No.274/12 without any acquisition of the said land and also without proper verification. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents not to put up any construction on his patta land.

4. On written instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 5th and 6th respondents had proceeded with the construction of toilet and other buildings in the property comprised in S.No.274/2 situated at Thandalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet district.

5. In view of the above submission, the 5th and 6th respondents are prevented from putting up construction in the petitioner's patta land comprised in Survey No.274/12 extent 1.13 1⁄2 acre at Thandalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet district.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
