Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2020 and consequently direct them to maintain the petitioner's application vide registration No.125/20052006 dated 17.09.2005 under self-financing scheme instead of ordinary scheme and to give service connection in my land in Survey No.254/2B2F (Old Survey No.254/2B2 situated at Kizh Kuppam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District).

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to maintain the petitioner's application vide registration No.125/2005-2006 dated 17.09.2005 under self-financing scheme instead of ordinary scheme and to give service connection in my land in Survey No.254/2B2F (Old Survey No.254/2B2 situated at Kizh Kuppam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District). 2/4
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that while pending writ petition, service connection in petitioner's land in Survey No.254/2B2F (Old Survey No.254/2B2 situated at Kizh Kuppam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District) was already provided in favour of the petitioner.
